Photo Tribute

Looking back. There were concerns, for sure. But always, faith prevailed.

building-19I recall meetings. Finding a site. Planning the design. Setting up the budget.

Then, there was a groundbreaking. Donation drives. Volunteer efforts.

The foundation was contracted. Volunteers and parishioners: Did the framing. Hoisted the roof. Built walls. Installed wiring. Painted. Put in fixtures.

In the meantime, the brickwork was completed. Permits were secured. And inspections were passed.

But time moves on. Services, liturgies, and events continue to be held in the “new” church.

Glory to God in the highest and on Earth peace. Good will, toward men!

Originally, our parish debated whether a website was in good form. Looking online, however, we found that many Orthodox organizations utilized the web for various purposes. Happily, this site was allowed — even blessed — by our parish priest.
